A woman shows up for a routine blood draw in an office that is only staffed by a few people. Upon entrance, the office manager after finding out what she is there for, escorts her back to the phlebotomist and introduces her to the worker as her victim. The phlebotomist, a large black woman has the longest fake finger nails the patient has ever seen on a real person. The patient didn't want to delay her draw as it needed to be ready for her doctor's appointment and so she lets this person work on her. The phlebotomist never said a word as she took the blood. The patient couldn't wait to leave and left the worker with the vision of her holding her tube of blood unstickered. The sample never showed up to the doctor's office with results.
Some people call this smart. Some people are proud of this.
How did this worker end up in a position of authority, making a difference?
Likely, it started with a hiring official that wrote in this worker, despite her questionable integrity. Because she is black there are themes of fear and prejudice. On the outside she is the poster child of the supremely mistreated and on the inside she is all colors and sizes. Then the woman with nails would dare to show up to her job, in a condition that would greatly affect the quality of her work. The office manager turned away and didn't send her home, subjecting patients to be victims, as she consciously verbalized. Without much thought, the patient went through with the procedure, instead of walking away.

Lastly, the will of the Universe coordinated this significant event of wrong doing to materialize by placing all of these people together at this moment and place in time.
It shall be noted:
The phlebotomist is making money performing her rule-breaking job.
The office manager is making money turning away.
The patient has wasted her time and bled unnecessarily.

Now, expand this incident, to what it could have been:
The patient had already paid and has to go through the trouble of getting her money back for a service that was never performed.
The doctor questions the patient's recall and she has to prove that she actually showed up for the blood draw, and it's not her fault.
Expanding even more, it could have been more serious, as in an ongoing relationship, a contract, that the serviced must suffer continually from the disappointment. It could have been malpractice.

In the hidden realm:
Did this event alter the unconscious?
Because the patient did not walk away, did it reinforce that she will be serviced in the same way in the future?
Will this disservice repeat in the future with more exaggeration because it was allowed to happen?
Or, because it happened, was energy used up so that it does not want to repeat?
Does writing a bad review about the facility make any difference?
Forgetting it, denying it, that the patient was treated badly, will the experience then be projected on to someone else in the future?
