When God turned his face away from Jesus when He took all the sin and suffering of humanity on himself, was this because God cannot look upon sin or was it because God was ashamed of what He had become?
It would be a revelation for me, an epiphany.
I pondered, in coincidence with a man who signed his emails "God Bless America," was my God program only for me in coincidence with the offender? Was God and His Jesus a disappointment to me and my values propelling me into a status of exile?
It would be an epiphany for me to think of God in this way, to question His authority and purpose.
